​​​​​Join me for a nurturing and empowering women’s retreat designed to help you release the inner blocks that hold you back from fully supporting, loving, and cheering yourself on.

 

A combination of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping, restorative yoga, a heart-opening sound bath, and the creation of a personal affirmation jar, this retreat invites you to let go of self-limiting beliefs and soften the inner critic.

In this relaxing afternoon retreat, everything is provided and set up for you. You just have to turn up and let me take care of you so that you can rest and replenish.  

What will you be doing

  • ​​Immerse in a simple and fun crafting activity designed to help you show up for yourself. Create a unique jar and fill it with kind, uplifting, and inspirational messages to cheer yourself on, no matter what the day might bring your way.​

  • Learn how to gently tap on your energy points using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to release any emotions stored in your body and mind. Let go of negative self-talk and self-doubt to make space for self-compassion, self-belief and self-acceptance.

  • Explore gentle restorative yoga poses practised with the use of props provided (bolster, blocks, blanket, cushion) for support, to help you relax, release tension and reconnect with your body. Create a space of inner safety and inner peace to help you navigate the outside world.

  • Surrender to the soothing sounds and vibrations of the sound bath to clear, balance and boost your natural energy while you relax. Quieten your inner self-critic to let your true inner voice emerge— the one that cheers you on.

  • Enjoy the company of other women, and indulge in a warming cup of tea and a delicious snack (vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available). 

What to Expect 

  • Warm welcome and introduction to the venue

  • Calm, peaceful and clean venue 

  • Small group setting of up to 8 women

  • Introduction to all the other attendees

  • Yoga mats, blankets, cushions and props (bolsters, bricks, belts)

  • Relaxing and calming music, candles or faiy lights

  • A mindful crafting activity 

  • A yoga practice centred around a specific theme

  • Opportunity for you to provide feedback

  • Complimentary herbal tea and snacks 

  • Time to mingle with other like-minded women

Location 

The retreat takes place at my home in Harrow HA2 0AR, in a spacious and comfortable open plan living room overlooking a peaceful garden. There is always some parking in my drive (first come basis) as well as free on-street parking. You'll be provided with the full address upon your booking.
