Sometimes the world and our lives seem to be going very fast, and it feels like there is no time for us to nurture ourselves. Yet, I find when I look after myself, things start to go much smoother in my life. This is because I'm more RESILIENT. I'm able to attend to my daily roles and responsibilities, as well as the challenges that life throws at me.
Do you long for an opportunity to nurture yourself? To build your resilience? To refill your cup before pouring someone elses'? If so, then I invite you to join me on this three-hour women’s retreat that will allow you to DISCONNECT from the busy and noisy outside world to NOURISH YOURSELF through mindful creativity, very slow movement and stillness, deeply relaxing breath, soothing sounds and time with other women.
In this relaxing afternoon retreat, everything is provided and set up for you. You just have to turn up and let me take care of you so that you can rest.
What will you be doing

Immerse in traditional Polish Easter egg decorating called Kraszanka (scratching patterns onto painted eggs) to clear your mind.

Learn rejuvenating facial self-massage to promote cell renewal and boost collagen.

Explore restorative yoga poses with the use of a bolster and blocks for support, to help you gently stretch to release tension, and open up your body.

Surrender to the soothing sounds and vibrations of a sound bath to boost your energy for the journey ahead.

Enjoy the company of other women, and indulge in a warming cup of tea and a delicious snack.
What to Expect

Warm welcome and introduction to the venue

Calm, peaceful and clean venue

Small group setting of up to 8 women

Introduction to all the other attendees

Yoga mats, blankets, cushions and props (bolsters, bricks, belts)

Relaxing and calming music, candles or faiy lights

A mindful crafting activity

A yoga practice centred around a specific theme

A relaxing sound bath
