What is Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a holistic practice that combines seated physical postures and movements, breathing and meditation techniques to promote overall health and well-being.

As this style of yoga is practised seated, it's ideal for women who want to keep active through yoga but prefer not to go down to the floor when practising.
​
The classes are suitable for beginners and don't require a specific level of fitness or flexibility. I show and explain everything and offer modifications and props to support you in your practice.
​
This approach enables me to offer gentle, uplifting and fun chair yoga classes that will encourage you to reconnect with and soothe your body, release stress and calm your mind, whilst providing opportunities to increase your strength, fitness, flexibility and balance.
