Learn how to support your well-being using various tools introduced during the afternoon.
What is a wellness afternoon?
It's a crafting activity, calming breathwork and sound bath session centred around a specific well-being topic, concept, or intention. A different theme is selected each month.

The afternoon starts with a brief introduction to the theme, overview of the activities and an opportunity to set an intention for yourself.

Next you will immerse yourself in a simple mindful craft activity designed to help you disconnect from the outside world, start reconnecting with yourself, and awakening your senses.

After that I'll guide you in a calming breath practice to help you relax and therefore release stress, a breath preparation for the sound bath session.

To conclude, you will be bathed in the sounds of deeply restoring singing bowls, a gong and other instruments.



What is guided breath?
Guided breath is a deeply calming practice that uses gentle, breathing techniques to support the body and mind into a state of rest. With simple, accessible patterns of breath, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and create more space within the body. Each technique is practiced slowly and mindfully, helping to settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage a sense of deep ease. It’s a nurturing practice that can reduce stress, soothe fatigue, and bring the whole system back into balance.

What is a sound bath?
It's a form of meditation that uses the soothing notes and vibrations of various instruments to promote deep relaxation of the body and mind and help balance the energy for optimum well-being.

Venue
The Wellbeing Afternoons are hosted at my peaceful home in Harrow HA2 0AR.
I have a spacious and comfortable open plan reception area with overlooking a lovely garden.
There are always few parking spaces in the main and shared driveways, as well as free on street parking.
The videos will enable you to view and get the feel of the venue and the set up during sping/summer and autum/winter. Make sure to also read the wonderful google reviews from my existing sound bath customers.

Timetable, Price and Bookings
Themed craft, restorative yoga and sound bath wellness afternoons for women are held monthly on Sundays from 14:00 to 17:00 at Harrow HA2 0AR and are £50. There are only six spaces in each session so book early to reserve your space. Click on the dates below for more details and to book.
