Service Description
Join me for this four week introduction to yoga course for women that will help you learn key foundations of this wonderful practice and build confidence to practice yoga regularly on your own or in a class. This course is suitable for anyone, whether you are a beginner or want to deepen your understanding of yoga. No specific fitness or ability level is required. You’re warmly invited — just as you are. I'll show and explain everything step by step, and there will be unhurried time for you to explore what you're learning. There will also be a weekly email summarising what we have covered in the class, and a video going over the practice. After the four weeks, you'll be able to continue your yoga journey with me in a regular weekly class for beginners expanding on the key foundations you will learn during the course.
