What is Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a practice that combines seated physical postures and movements, breathing and meditation techniques to promote overall physical, mental and emotional health and well-being.

As this style of yoga is practised seated, it's ideal for women who want to practice yoga and move the whole body but prefer not to go down to the floor when practising.  

 

Chair yoga will encourage you to reconnect with and soothe your body, release stress and calm your mind, whilst providing opportunities to increase your strength, fitness, flexibility and balance.

I know starting something new can be scary. I'd been there, so please know that I'm here for you. 

 

My chair yoga classes are mixed ability and suitable for beginners. No specific experience, fitness, mobility or ability level is required. Everything is shown and explained, variations are offered, props are provided, and the pace is slow.  ​​

Timetable, Price and Bookings

Experience your first class for FREE using the code 'Yoga' at the checkout, then tailor your payment plan to fit your needs and preferences. Choose between pay-as-you-go flexibility or the savings of a class pass. ​

  • Pay-As-You-Go £15 per class 

  • Five Class Pass £65 valid for eight weeks (£13 per class)

  • Ten Class Pass £120 valid for twelve weeks (£12 per class)

  • Monthly Class Pass valid for the number of classes held (£12 per class)
