All classes are suitable for beginners. Everything is clearly explained and shown, with variations and props offered so you can practice in a way that feels right for you. 

 

I thoughtfully design my classes using a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga style, offering variety while maximising the benefits. This approach allows me to lead gentle, uplifting, and enjoyable yoga and chair yoga classes that help you reconnect with your body, release stress, and calm your mind — all while improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in a way that truly supports you.
