What is a sound bath?

It's a form of meditation that involves using various instruments, such as a gong, singing bowls and chimes, to produce sounds and vibrations to guide participants into a deeply relaxed state

The sound waves will massage your body internally to promote physical, mental and emotional rejuvenation. The vibrations will penetrate your body to gently shake out restrictions and blockages of your natural energy. Both aspects can help your body to release endorphins, the feel-good hormones that boost your well-being

You'll be invited to join me for a complimentary herbal tea afterwards (sessions at Harrow HA2 0AR only) and an opportunity to learn about the instruments, including your own hands-on experience of playing them. â€‹

Contraindications

Sound bath sessions involve creating waves of sounds and vibrations using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. This might be inadvisable if you have certain medical conditions, such as sound-induced epilepsy, tinnitus, ménière's, severe or clinical mental health problems, heart conditions, or are pregnant. If you’re unsure whether you should participate in the sound bath because of your health, please consult your doctor.
