Sound Baths

Take time out for yourself to experience the soothing and healing power of sound. Release tension from body and mind, rest and allow yourself time to detox from the busy, noisy and demanding digital world.

What is a sound bath?

It's a form of meditation that involves using crystal singing blows and other instruments to produce sounds and vibrations to guide participants into a deeply relaxed state

The sound waves will massage your body internally to promote physical, mental and emotional rejuvenation. The vibrations will penetrate your body to gently shake out restrictions and blockages of your natural energy. Both aspects can help your body to release endorphins, the feel-good hormones that boost your well-being

You'll be invited to join me for a complimentary herbal tea afterwards and an opportunity to learn about the singing blows, including your own hands-on experience of playing them.

Can't wait to experience a sound bath? Join me for a recorded 10 minutes session here.

Contraindications

Sound bath sessions involve creating waves of sounds and vibrations using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. This might be inadvisable if you have certain medical conditions, such as sound-induced epilepsy, tinnitus, ménière's, severe or clinical mental health problems, heart conditions, or are pregnant. If you’re unsure whether you should participate in the sound bath because of your health, please consult your doctor.
