Step into a peaceful, beautifully decorated and scented sanctuary overlooking a tranquil garden — a cosy, calm space where everything is thoughtfully prepared by me for your comfort and ease.
All you need to do is turn up, settle in, relax, and let me look after you.
I'll welcome you into a serene setting with mats, cushions, soft blankets, and naturally scented lavender eye pillows — all provided and set up for you. And if you are unable to lie down on the floor, I can offer you a space on the sofa or a reclining chair, subject to availability.
We begin with a gentle guided breath practice to help you unwind from your busy day, then you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments.
After the session, enjoy healthy refreshments, time to chat, and the opportunity to explore and even play the instruments yourself.
Small group size keeps things intimate, nourishing, and deeply supportive — no rushing, no packing up, just rest.

Venue
The luxurious sound baths are hosted at my peaceful home in Harrow HA2 0AR.
I have a spacious and comfortable open plan reception area overlooking a lovely garden.
There are always few parking spaces in the main and shared driveways, as well as free on street parking.
The videos will enable you to view and get the feel of the venue and the set up, that depends on the level of light outside. Make sure to also read the wonderful google reviews from my existing sound bath customers.
