No previous yoga practice experience or specific fitness or ability level is required, as the session will be carefully designed to meet the needs, preferences and goals of the participants, drawing in the different styles of yoga, breathing techniques and meditation. 
 
Please note that additional charges might apply if the class is to be delivered in a location other than the Monika Gago Yoga Studio in Harrow. This will depend on the location.
