I know trying something new can feel daunting — but you won’t be doing it alone. This four-week course is a gentle introduction to chair yoga designed especially for women who are new to the practice or returning after a break.

 

I’ll be by your side every step of the way, offering clear guidance, encouragement, and a welcoming space to explore at your own pace.

 

After the four weeks you'll have the option to continue your chair yoga journey with me in a weekly class for beginners, same day, time and place, or join my other chair yoga class in Pinner with more ease and confidence.

What to bring

  • Yoga mat - I can lend you one for the first session

  • Your own props if you want to use them

  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement
