Cultivating Abundance is a soothing wellness afternoon for women, co-led by me and Lucy from Nurturing Tranquillity. Together, we invite you to explore what abundance truly means to you — whether that’s health, money, career, creativity, love, peace, or a sense of support.

Everything is lovingly prepared and set up for you, so you can simply arrive, settle, slow down and receive.

Through the mindful creation of an abundance bowl, you’ll give gentle form to your intentions, using symbolic elements such as rice, crystals, and other meaningful items as a reminder of what you wish to nurture and cultivate as a reminder of what you wish to nurture and invite more of into your life.

What will you be doing

Craft abundance bowl

Create your own abundance bowl as a reflective, mindful ritual. Using symbolic materials, like crystals, coins, herbs, and candles, you’ll craft a personal vessel that represents what you wish to cultivate in your life. This gentle, guided practice invites you to slow down, set an intention, and create something meaningful to take home.

 🌬️ Practice deeply relaxing breath

This slow, soothing breath practice invites your breath to deepen and your whole body to soften. Gentle guided techniques help calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of ease and spaciousness from within.

🔔 Bathe in soothing sounds
Close your eyes and rest in stillness as waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong and other soothing instruments gently wash over you - helping to harmonise your energy and guide you into a meditative, restful state. You can participate seated on a chair if you prefer not to lie down on the yoga mat.

☕ Nourish and connect
Savour a cup of herbal tea and a delicious, wholesome snack (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available). Take time to connect with like-minded women in a calm, supportive space.
