Wellness Afternoons for Women

Mindful Craft, Restorative Yoga
and Balancing Sound Bath

Take a break from the daily demands of your life, detox from the busy and noisy digital world, slow down, release stress, calm your body and mind, reconnect with yourself, and spend time with other likeminded women. Learn how to support your well-being using various tools introduced during the afternoon.

What is a wellness afternoon?

It's a crafting activity, restorative yoga and sound bath session centred around a specific well-being topic, concept, or intention. A different theme is selected each month.

  • The afternoon starts with a brief introduction to the theme, overview of the activities and an opportunity to set an intention for yourself.

  • Next you will immerse yourself in a simple mindful craft activity designed to help you disconnect from the outside world, start reconnecting with yourself, and awakening your senses. 

  • After that I'll guide you in a restorative yoga practice incorporating gentle, slow movements and longer-held postures with the use of props, as well as breathing practices to help you find comfort and support and therefore release tension. 

  • To conclude, you will be bathed in the sounds of deeply restoring singing bowls, a gong and other instruments.

What is a sound bath?

It's a form of meditation that uses the soothing notes and vibrations of various instruments to promote deep relaxation of the body and mind and help balance the energy for optimum well-being.

What to Expect

  • Warm welcome and introduction to the venue

  • A mindful simple crafting activity

Venue

The Wellbeing Afternoons are hosted at my peaceful home in Harrow HA2 0AR.

 

I have a spacious and comfortable open plan reception area with overlooking a lovely garden. 

There are always few parking spaces in the main and shared driveways, as well as free on street parking. 

The videos will enable you to view and get the feel of the venue and the set up during sping/summer and autum/winter. Make sure to also read the wonderful google reviews from my existing sound bath customers.

Timetable, Price and Bookings

Themed craft, restorative yoga and sound bath wellness afternoons for women are held monthly on Sundays from 14:00 to 17:00, at Harrow HA2 0AR and are £45 (£50 from October). There are only eight spaces in each session so book early to reserve your space.​ ​​​ Click on the dates below for more details and to book. ​​
